Why do we exist?
C&J exists to treat our clients and employee owners as we would want to be treated, while maintaining its own health so the company can continue to thrive for the next generation — with the ultimate purpose to honor Matthew 7:12 & 22:37–39.
How do we behave?
- We seek wisdom – Pray for wisdom, seek wise counsel, while adhering to revealed wisdom in scripture (when facing important decisions, we pause to seek counsel before moving forward).
- We serve – We lead with humility and pursue win-win-win outcomes for all involved (even when it’s hard, we work toward a fair and positive outcome for the customer, the company, and our coworkers).
- We pursue excellence – We take ownership of our work and continually improve performance (we regularly ask: “How can we make this better for the future?”).
What do we do?
We provide well drilling, well service, underground, and water treatment products and services to residential and commercial customers in Indiana.
