What’s Included in Well Maintenance?
Annual 6-Point Inspection
C&J Well Co.’s comprehensive 6-point inspection keeps your well operating safely and efficiently. During the 6-point inspection, we’ll inspect the pressure switch and pressure tank, look for any leaks, perform an amp test, check the water flow, and gather a bacteria sample. Once the inspection is complete, we’ll move to the next step in the well maintenance process, if necessary.
Cleaning
Wells should be thoroughly cleaned at least once every 10 years. This can remove built-up sediment, debris, and mineral deposits that can accumulate in your well over time.
C&J Well Co.’s multi-step process includes removing the submersible pump from the well, lowering a high-output air line into the well, and airlifting sediment and other debris out of the well. This encourages greater water flow and improves the quality of your home’s water supply.
Recommendations
During a maintenance appointment, we’ll look for possible issues that require greater attention. Whether that’s a repair or a replacement, our team will provide you with tailored recommendations to address any issues and ensure the continued reliability of your well system.
From the pump to the pressure tank and everything in between, if we discover problems with your well during maintenance, we’ll provide you with recommendations that offer a high-quality solution.
